Suitable for:                    Anyone who is working in food  industries. Ideal for low-risk food handlers and new employees with little food safety knowledge.

 Qualification

All successful candidates will receive the nationally recognised Level 1 Award in Food Safety in Catering / Manufacturing or Retail. Delegates should state on booking which certificate they wish to receive.
